PP No. 99 Tahun 2012 Menciderai HAM ?

Kerangka berfikir sederhana dari judul diatas adalah pembebasan narapidana di tengah pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia secara masive dengan alasan pencegahan penularan dan alasan kemanusiaan. Tetapi apakah narapidana yang melakukan pelanggaran HAM  berat seperti Terorisme, Narkotika dan Psikotropika serta Korupsi mendapatkan hak yang sama yaitu remisi atau bahkan dibebaskan. Disini saya hadirkan sebuah kasus mantan Mentri Kesehatan ibu Siti Fadilah, yang di dakwa terkait kasus korupsi di tengah Pandemi Virus Flu-burung yang akan terjadi di seluruh dunia.
